1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Artistic Freedom Mentorship, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment.

2. Final Sale and No Refunds
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Once payment has been made, it is considered non-refundable. You acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of the services provided, we are unable to offer refunds.

3. Payment Plans and Refund Requests
While all payments are non-refundable, if you face extenuating circumstances that prevent you from continuing the program, you may submit a refund petition by emailing info@artisticfreedommentorship.com. Submitting a refund petition does not guarantee approval, and decisions regarding refunds are made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Plan Pricing and Price Changes
Once you have signed up for a payment plan, the pricing is fixed, and it will not be changed for your plan. However, we cannot guarantee the same pricing for others, especially if you received an early bird or exclusive discount.

5. Price Increases
Please be aware that any price increases or changes to the program after enrollment may apply. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any adjustments.

6. Program Content and Access
By enrolling, you understand that access to course materials, coaching, and mentorship is provided on a limited basis and subject to the terms set forth. Access to the mentorship program and related services may be revoked if terms and conditions are violated.

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All course content, materials, and intellectual property shared during the program are protected. Participants may not distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials without prior written consent from the Artistic Freedom Mentorship.

8. Limitation of Liability
Artistic Freedom Mentorship is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program, including, but not limited to, lost profits, personal injury, or damages resulting from the use of any mentorship materials.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
